PROBLEM: Changes to inventory not showing

After adding or removing inventory, if you do not see the changes you just made reflected on the inventory grid, it may be that the page is cached on the server. Here are some examples of how you may encounter this issue:

  • Removed listing shows up in grid, but the link to the listing returns a 404 error
  • Options are missing from sidebar filters
  • Inventory counts are inconsistent or don’t add up

The cache will refresh itself about every 10 minutes, but if you need to force it to refresh, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “WP Engine” in the WP Admin Sidebar
  2. Click on the “Caching” tab
  3. Click the “Clear all caches” button
